Teardown is building in reverse: game elements off, then the field apart into the same sections it arrived in. Don't take it down to single tiles. The sections travel whole, and the next crew builds from them.
1. Game elements first
- Pack the game elements before touching the floor. A field with bean bags still on it is a field where bean bags go missing.
- Bag the bean bags. The field's drawstring bag is in its pyramid corner box. Count 16 red, 16 blue and 6 yellow back into it.
- Pack the pyramid corners into their boxes, one field's set per box, and put the drawstring bag in with them.
- Load everything onto the cart, ready for the trailer.

2. Split the field into its sections
- Lift out the loose straight wall strips and stack them together.
- Separate the floor along the section seams in the photo above. Lift one edge of a section and work along the seam. Don't pull tiles apart inside a section.
- Separate tiles straight up and down. Never twist them. The tiles join with small tabs, and twisting snaps the tabs off. A tile with a broken tab won't hold the field together.
- Leave attached walls attached. If a wall came in on a section, it goes back out on that section.
- Keep the position-specific corner sections easy to find: the pyramid corners and the corners with the red and blue strips.
3. Leave the space as you found it
- Pick up any tape, and any rubbish under where the fields stood.
- Ask the Event Partner if anything else from the venue needs to go back.
